Complaints and returns

We are a small company and even though we double check everything before shipping, we can sometimes make a mistake or miss something. Here you will find information on how to proceed in such a case.

The shipment is damaged

As soon as you receive the package, please check it carefully. If it is damaged in any way, do not accept it and then let us know by email at malvy@malvy.cz.

The package was fine, but the item is still broken

If you discover damage only after receiving the shipment, please inform us immediately by email at malvy@malvy.cz - state the shipment number and send photos of the damaged goods together with the entire shipment. We will find a solution that will suit you best - we will immediately send new goods or refund your payment.

The shipment did not arrive complete

Did we make a mistake and the order did not arrive complete? Even in this case, please inform us as soon as possible via email malvy@malvy.cz. We will send the missing goods to you immediately.

The products do not suit you and you want to return or exchange the goods

In this case, it is enough to send the goods back within 14 days. Please inform us in advance at malvy@malvy.cz and then pack the goods well and send them to the address:

Tel. contact for the carrier +420704913810. If you decide to send the package via the Czech Post, please monitor the delivery of the package. It often happens that the post office does not deliver the package to us and does not even let us know that it is stored at the post office and then returns it back.

We will immediately refund the total amount for the ordered goods to your account.
